General order information: Delivery date is arranged between you and us! The delivery time is usually between 12pm-5pm.
Please note, we are currently only delivering to Aylesbury and the surrounding area. Please contact us for any queries about delivery to your area.
Minimum order notice on all deliveries is 48 hours.
We encourage you to want to personalise and make your order all about you! If you have any ideas about your favourite flavours or customised decoration, please contact us directly by emailing for a quote.
Allergens: wheat (flour). To get more information about specific ingredients in our glazes, please don't hesitate to email us.
*Our churros are made in an environment where there may be traces of nuts.
All orders are dependent on availability. We’re a street food trader and at times we’re out at a festival and unable to fulfil your order. If your requested date and time for delivery is unavailable, we'll call or email you within 24 hours from when the order was made to either to arrange a different time or to give you a full refund (and apologise - of course!).
We know that this can be frustrating but we're a new business and still very small so please be nice and we’ll get you your churros!
If you need to amend your order or cancel it, please contact us as far in advance as possible. We will always be as accommodating and friendly as possible but please bear in mind that refunds are not always possible, particularly with last minute cancellations. Online orders cancelled by the customer less than 48 hours of the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund. We can offer you a credit note at our discretion.
Customers who have booked and received an invoice from OMG Churros, and have cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the delivery date are entitled to a full refund.
A 50% refund will be available if 3-6 days notice is given.
We require payment to confirm your order and until payment is received your order cannot be guaranteed. If you are purchasing through a company and need us to invoice you, the payment must have cleared prior to dispatch of the Churros.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering from OMG Churros, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
When choosing delivery, please ensure that someone is there to receive it. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect address details or if no one is there to accept. If choosing delivery to an office, flat or building with a mailroom/courier point/reception please note that OMG Churros cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made. All our drivers are instructed in the correct handling of the churros and will always pass this information on to the person signing for your churros but once a delivery has been safely received and signed for we cannot accept liability for their subsequent handling.
Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified in your order between 12pm - 5pm. All deliveries are undertaken by OMG Churros or our couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order; if there is no-one on hand to receive the churros, we will do our very best to leave them in a safe place (with a neighbour etc.) but we cannot keep hold of the churros for re-delivery and they will be left at the address you have given us.
All churros are made to order and we do not accept returns. Refunds or a replacement order to the same value will only be given in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the churros are of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your churros upon their arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
OMG churros cannot accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website, blog, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, particularly personalised orders, please let us know at the time of ordering.
